Getting online is easy, but maintaining the same is a task !!!

Everything from bread to butter, Mobile Sim card connection to Dish TV connection, Mobile Handset to LED SMART TV, you name a thing and it is available online on one or the other websites. Every big or small company is adopting the .com road to reach the customer's mind and heart to catch its target customers and the new channel adopted is .com or Internet.  Every telecom player be it Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Tata Docomo or Vodafone is taking complete advantage of the internet world and is trying to woo customers through various new plans and incentives if they do some business in one form or other through their websites. If one is offering tariff discounts on STD plans than the other is offering discounted internet plans. Customers are the real kings these days as they have got the reach to every brand. Brand perception and publicity through online social networking sites has a great impact on customer's mind. Making a brand hit or flop totally depends upon how a brand takes social networking and online business seriously. Like the case of the customer who is looking to recharge their account online but their brands have not still implemented this facility will always stay behind from the brand like Tata who have initiated and provided customers the facility of online recharge Tata plans. Customer today needs excellent service at their doorsteps and no compromise can be made on this in today's competitive world. Every brand in a hurry to make larger CTRs on their website and implementing all the latest available tools so that the customer lands first on their website only. Race is for getting maximum followers on Twitter and face book. Taking your brand online is easy but implementing and maintaining the customer’s engagement is a task which has to be performed on daily basis with all true dedication otherwise chances are very much there, that your customers will start following your competitor’s brand. So, do not hurry to get online, make a clear cut strategy and make sure your website provides all that ease which your customers are looking for.
