the customer lands first on their website only. Race is for getting maximum
followers on Twitter and face book. Taking your brand online is easy but
implementing and maintaining the customer’s engagement is a task which has to
be performed on daily basis with all true dedication otherwise chances are very
much there, that your customers will start following your competitor’s brand.
So, do not hurry to get online, make a clear cut strategy and make sure your
website provides all that ease which your customers are looking for.
